Our Leadership

Mahalakshmi M graduated from CEG Guindy (Anna University) with a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, and went on to secure a Master’s in MBA (HR). She is also a certified soft skills trainer, and has also received certification in Corporate Social Responsibility. She has nearly two decades of work experience in the fields of HR and IT in India as well as the United States. During her time in the United States, she also ran a successful start-up firm dealing with clients around the globe for a short period.

She founded Maatrom Solution in the year 2015, with a vision to provide quality HR services, collaborating with client organisations to enrich their business.  Maatrom Solution’s key to success is its ability to provide customer-oriented quality HR solution with Honesty, Integrity and Trust.
